SC, INATASAN ANG 12 MPs NA SUMAGOT SA PETISYON VS BAA 86

Pinapasumite ng komento ng Supreme Court En Banc ang labindalawang members of the parliament hinggil sa petition na inihain sa korte suprema hinggil sa Bangsamoro Autonomy Act no. 86 o Districting Law.

Base sa resolution na inilabas ng Court En Banc na may petsang April 8,2026, kinakailangan na maisubmite ng mga respondents ang kanilang komento sa loob ng 10-araw.

Matatandaan noong February, inihain nina Nasif G. Marangit, Samsodin C. Amella, at Datuan M. Magon, Jr ang petition na humihiling sa korte ng magpalabas ng Petition for Certiorari With Prayer for the Issuance of a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO), Writ of Preliminary Injunction, and/or Status Quo Ante Order at Extremely Urgent Motion To Conduct a Special Raffle, the Court resolved sa BAA 86.
